The Click2Collect system is a convenience dedicated to your clients, which draws on well-known online sales practices. We offer you a solution that will let your customers order your product on a special website and collect it at your Farmer’s Pantry vending machine
a customer enters the website – your e-shop:
the customer chooses products that interest him or her, and adds them to the virtual basket
after clicking "Buy," the customer provides personal data, phone number, email address, and then has the following options:
the customer receives an email with confirmation of the order and information about where and when the products can be picked up
the owner of the vending machine receives a notification about a new order
the customer receives an email with confirmation of the order and information about where and when the products can be picked up
the customer receives a notification via a text message or e-mail that the product is ready for pickup from a specific vending machine, together with the number(s) of the sales boxes, the QR code to be scanned and the PIN code
the customer enters the telephone number, PIN code or scans the QR code in the vending machine, and if the order was not fully paid, at this point it must be paid: by cash, a payment card or a loyalty card
the sales box opens after completing the above-mentioned actions
